Our working style is to understand customer needs and provide a suitable product which meets the required budget and quality standards. For this purpose, we set up a comprehensively equipped R&D centre in Surat – one of the largest of its kind in India. This R&D capability supports our quest for continuous improvement and delivering greater value to the customer.

Aswani Industries is the only company in India to have a full-fledged pilot plant for Fly Ash Blocks (Aerated Autoclaved) . It has a capacity of 4.25 m3 annually. Testing procedures are developed in-house and are designed to simulate customer usage.

The key differentiator in our industry is innovation, be it in the development of new products, processes or applications. We have recently created a development lab manned by a cross-functional team to harness the creative potential of our QC people, and we will follow scientific innovation management practices to develop better products.

Our R&D effort includes application-related issues at a client site – these are studied and resolved and the solution provided to the client for corrective action.
