Ascon Realty is a prominent real estate development company with a robust presence across Surat. The company’s journey began in 1979 as ‘Geeta Tex’, a leading textile manufacturing company in Surat, before transitioning into real estate as ‘Ascon Group of Developers’ in the mid-90s. The company is focused on creating luxurious and comfortable residential properties that cater to the evolving needs of homebuyers and investors alike. Since then, Ascon Realty has completed numerous luxury projects, earning a reputation for excellence. With a legacy dating back to 1995, Ascon Realty remains dedicated to beautifying urban skylines and creating homes that offer comfort, luxury, and lasting value.
Aswani Industries Limited with brand ASCOLITE embarked on its journey in the year 2012, when our founders made a profound discovery that would shape the company's mission. They found that the construction industry allocates a significant portion of its focus - around 40% - to structural elements like RCC structure and design, ensuring the functionality and longevity of buildings. Another 40% is dedicated to enhancing the visual and aesthetic appeal of the structures enhancing customer experience.
However, the remaining 20% area, where Ascolite's products are primarily used, represents the focal point of construction challenges. This is because 80% of the persistent issues faced by the industry originate from this seemingly small, yet crucial, 20% segment. This realization was the catalyst for Ascolite's comprehensive range of solutions. We recognized the need to address the pain points in this vital 20% area, which includes, fly ash blocks, walling solutions, waterproofing systems, tile & stone installation products and construction chemicals.
By combining technical expertise, quality processes, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs, Ascolite has become a leader in the innovative building materials market. Today, Ascolite offers an extensive range of over 100 products catering to various construction problems.

2012
Production Commencement of Fly Ash Blocks
Marking the start of production at the Fly Ash Blocks plant and the company's entry into the building materials market, We celebrated a significant milestone with the issuance of our first invoice.
2014
Expansion into Walling Ready Mix Solutions
Ascolite broadened its product portfolio by launching its range of block adhesives, ready mix mortar, and plaster signifying its transition from a Fly Ash Blocks manufacturer to a provider of comprehensive walling solutions.
2015
Diversification into Construction Chemicals
We further diversified our offerings by introducing the waterproofing and tiling installation and adhesives range, marking its entry into the construction chemicals segment and solidifying our position as a comprehensive building materials solutions provider with over 100 products construction chemical products.
2018
Geographical Expansion – South India
Ascolite extended its footprint to the southern region of India, from its branch offices & warehouses in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, signifying its entry into the Southern states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.
2023
Increased Manufacturing Capabilities
Further, we bolstered our manufacturing power with the opening of a new plant in Gujarat along with tie-up units in Tamil Nadu & Maharashtra, signaling our commitment to meeting the rising demand for Ascolite building materials. We are rapidly expanding our reach in the near future.
