ASCOFLEX BITUCOAT
ASCOFLEX® BITUCOAT is a single-component, cold-applied, latex-modified bitumen waterproofing and damp-proofing membrane designed to protect concrete and masonry structures from long-term moisture ingress.
Forming a seamless, elastic, and water-resistant black membrane after drying, ASCOFLEX® BITUCOAT is ideal for applications where hot bitumen is not preferred. Its superior flexibility, crack-bridging ability, and resistance to soil chemicals make it a reliable solution for below-ground and non-exposed waterproofing applications.
