ASCOCLEAN TILEX PRO
ASCOCLEAN TILEX PRO is an advanced, high-performance universal cleaner designed for powerful and efficient cleaning of tiles and compatible hard surfaces. Its fast-acting deep-cleaning technology helps tackle a broad range of organic and inorganic contaminants, including cement, rust, paint, grease, hard-water scale, fungus, mould and dirt.
Formulated with zero VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), ASCOCLEAN TILEX PRO combines effective cleaning performance with ease of application and versatile surface compatibility. It is suitable for new and old ceramic, glazed, porcelain and vitrified tiles, glass mosaics, slate, laminates, vinyl and sealed wooden flooring.
ASCOCLEAN TILEX PRO is suitable for routine maintenance as well as demanding cleaning requirements, helping maintain the cleanliness and original appearance of compatible surfaces when used as directed.

Stains and Deposits
Helps remove cement stains, rust, paint, grease, hard-water scale, fungus, mould, dirt, calcium deposits, mild rust, uric acid deposits and compatible cementitious or epoxy grout residues.
Application Method
Remove loose dust and debris. Pre-clean the surface with a moist sponge or mop.
Pour ASCOCLEAN TILEX PRO into a clean plastic bucket and add the required quantity of water.
For mould blemishes or layers, dilute at a 1:1 ratio. For routine tile maintenance, add 2 capfuls to half a bucket of water.
For stubborn spots or layers, use the product undiluted after conducting a compatibility test.
Apply using a hard-bristle brush, roller or cloth mop. Leave for 7–10 minutes.
Mop the area twice with clean water and remove the rinse water using a suitable cleaning tool.
Application Precautions
Conduct a compatibility test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application. Do not apply on a fully wet surface. Recommended application temperature: 5°C to 45°C. Wear suitable protective equipment and follow the product's safety instructions.
Approximately 1 litre covers 75–80 sq. ft. without dilution.
Actual consumption may vary depending on the surface condition, stain severity, dilution ratio and application method.
Up to 24 months when stored in unopened packaging, protected from heat, moisture, sun exposure and frost.
