ASCOBOND 450

ASCOBOND 450 is a styrene-butadiene rubber latex-based material, designed to improve the waterproofing, bonding, physical properties &integrity of cementitious mortars, screeds, and concrete. ASCOBOND 450 also acts as a bonding agent/sealer to the concrete, plaster, or other porous substrates.

  • Bonding Slurry: Bonding for old to new concrete, plaster & gypsum, etc.
  • Waterproofing: Sunk slab, wash area, balconies, roofs/terrace water tank, etc.
  • Structural Repairs: RCC repairs, re-plaster, crack repairs, masonry, screeds, etc.
  • Tile Fixing: Additive for fixing tiles, stones, bricks, etc.

  • As a waterproofing/bonding slurry 75 - 85 sq ft at the mixing
  • ratio (1: 5: 8) with cement &water in 2 coats.
  • Subject to mix for other applications.

12 months from the date of manufacturing.
