Ascolite Opens Its First State-of-the-Art Display Centre in Surat
Gujarat, January, 2026: Ascolite, one of India’s leading manufacturers of building materials and construction chemicals, has inaugurated its first state-of-the-art Display Centre in Surat. Conceived as an immersive knowledge and engagement hub, the centre reflects Ascolite’s commitment to advancing system-based construction and strengthening industry understanding of the science behind modern installation solutions.
Marketed by Aswani Industries Pvt. Ltd., since 2012, Ascolite has focused on addressing the critical 20 percent of construction processes that contribute to nearly 80 percent of on-ground challenges. While much of the industry continues to prioritise structure and aesthetics, Ascolite’s technology-driven solutions across walling, waterproofing, tile and stone installation, and construction chemicals are designed to reduce labour dependency and promote sustainable, responsible building practices.

The sprawling 6,500 square feet Display Centre brings together live product installations across Ascolite’s diverse product portfolio of over 100 SKUs, offering visitors a first-hand view of how individual components come together to form high-performance, durable systems. Beyond showcasing finished applications, the centre provides in-depth technical insights into material science, engineering logic, and installation methodologies, reinforcing Ascolite’s philosophy of building right not just building fast.
A key highlight of the facility is a 50-seater, purpose-built auditorium, equipped to screen detailed product films, technical demonstrations, and case studies. The auditorium has been envisioned as a learning space for architects, consultants, channel partners, and other stakeholders, enabling structured knowledge-sharing and meaningful technical dialogue.
